Confetti Cocktail: Strawberries and Cream Crush

It's cocktail time at Confetti HQ! We've whipped up a strawberries and cream cocktail perfect for the warmer days. It's delightfully refreshing but still rich and creamy. It would be perfect for an after-wedding brunch in the sunshine!

Strawberries and Cream Cocktail

3 strawberries

1 tsp granulated sugar

2 measures of white rum

1 measure of strawberry liqueur

1 measure of milk

1 measure of double cream

Ice

Muddle the strawberries and sugar together in the bottom of a shaker until quite smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake well with ice. Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a strawberry on the side!
