Friday's Top Tip: The secret to a beautiful (and thrifty) autumn bouquet

Good morning wedding-planners! We hope you've had a great week and are ready to jump into some wedding planning this weekend. For many of you your big day is fast-approaching, what with the trend towards more budget-friendly autumn and winter weddings. Check out our winter issue, on shelves now, for some beautiful wedding inspiration. We've got a "Baby It's Cold Outside" inspiration shoot that will knock your socks off.

One thing that can be a bit tricky about planning a winter wedding is deciding which blooms to use. Obviously most flowers will be out of season, and therefore can be quite pricey to get a hold of. We've thought of another great top tip to help you stay on-budget without compromising on style.

Rustic, wildflower bouquets are not only on-trend but they're also a great opportunity to fill about 60% of your arrangement with inexpensive foliage, berries and sprigs of eucalyptus, pinecones and even some pheasant feathers.  Festive, beautiful and so much cheaper than a bouquet jam-packed with expensive blooms.
