Most of us have our budget in mind every step of the way with wedding planning, and we're constantly bringing you ways to cut costs for your wedding, but sometimes it's nice to get a peek at how the other half lives.

And this wedding certainly was not your average wedding. Folarin Alakija, the son of Nigerian oil billionaire Folorunso Alakija married Iranian model Nazanin Jafarian Ghaissarifar and it's obvious they weren't scrimping the pennies when it came to their budget.

The opulent ceremony and reception had a price tag of about $6.3 million. The groom's mother, Folorunso Alakija, serves as the vice chair of Famfa Oil, a Nigerian oil company, and is considered one of the richest African women in the world, with a net worth of about $1.68 billion. It makes sense then that no expense was spared for her son's big day, and the photos prove just that!

The nuptials took place Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire, England, and guests included supermodel Shanina Shaik, along with fashion vlogger and blogger Temi Otedola. The expansive venue was adorned with one million white roses, curated by celebrity florist Jeff Leatham, in arrangements that ranged from hanging installations to full flower walls. They are stunning, we think you'll agree!

The cake, designed by Elizabeth's Cake Emporium, measured 12-feet tall, and was also covered in white flowers.

Not to be overshadowed by the flower-filled venue, Nazanin's dress was also something to behold. For the ceremony, the bride wore a strapless ballgown style dress, and the bridesmaids donned matching one-shoulder cream gowns. Nazanin wore a second dress for the reception, which featured a long-sleeved design with lace detailing.

To match the fairy-tale theme, guests were treated to a lavish five-course menu, which included foie gras, beef, and sole with alternative choices like crispy duck egg and guinea fowl.
