We went to Annesbrook Country House in Co Meath for this ethereal bridal beauty shoot, shot by the very talented Christina Brosnan. The results? Well, see for yourself, simply oozing gorgeousness.
We love the natural, dewy glow on the gorgeous Mary Kate, and it's the work of the fab Apryl Brennan for Making Faces, Gorey. "This look was inspired by the youthful, fresh dewy skin that's on trend for bridal makeup right now. It was created using a combination of a dewy, full-coverage foundation and both cream and powder highlighters to keep that glam and healthy glow."
Another of Apryl's looks for the day was this gilded look. The focus is mainly on the strong eye makeup. "The brightness around the eyes is the main focus with this look. Sticking with the same dewy finish on the skin, we went for gilded, gold lids. Simple skin is a must when paired with a dramatic or intense eye."
A simple look can be seriously transformed by adding a pop of colour to it and that's just what the lovely Melissa Clarke did for this makeup look. "For this look I opted for a bright pink lip and enhanced the cheekbones. I defined the face and used deep browns on the eyes to create a sultry feel."
More of a subdued feel for Melissa's next look, creating a softer, more natural bridal look. "For this look I used soft browns, creams and Champagne tones on the eyes to contour, with flawless skin, subtle contouring and a nude lip."
The hair on the day was styled by the uber talented Lorraine Browne who created a mixture of loose curls and softer upstyles. This tied in with the overall ethereal theme of the shoot.
Full of bright, angelic-like beauty isn't it? We're still so in love with how this shoot turned out!
